Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: You can schedule your appointment by phone, in person, or online. A credit card is necessary to hold your reservation.
Q: Is a deposit needed for an appointment?
A: A $50 non-refundable deposit is ONLY needed for first time Color or Extension client. Deposits will be applied to your service.
Q: Are consultations needed for hair extensions or color appointments?
A: In-person consultations are ONLY needed for first time hair extension clients or first time color correction clients. Regular color consultations can be done through text messaging or a phone call.
Q: What type of hair extensions to you do?
A: We offer hand-tied, tape-ins, beaded wefts, individuals, and nano beads. The best option for you will be discussed during you consultation.
Q: Can I bring my own hair for the extensions?
A: No, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the quality or longevity of a clients own product. In order to guarantee the quality, clients may purchase extensions through the salon.
Q: How much do hair extensions costs?
A: The price will vary depending on the type of hair extensions, the length and the quantity of hair. This will be discussed during your consultation when your goals and preferences are discussed.
Q: How much does a color correction cost?
A: Color corrections are subjective depending on the amount of hair, length of hair, color history, and time needed to meet your goals. This will be reviewed during your consultation.
Q: Do you accommodate late arrivals?
A: Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you and our other clients. In the event that you are running late, we will need to work within your scheduled appointment time. This is a necessary courtesy to other clients, but we will do our very best to finish within your allotted time frame. If you are more than 25 minutes late, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a blow dry or style during your service.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Services are reserved especially for you and we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without a 48 hour notice, we must charge a fee of 50% of the price of the canceled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.” We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
Q: Can I bring my children or friends to the salon?
A: Children and friends are welcome if they are scheduled for services. If not, we ask that you just bring yourself and enjoy your time at the salon. We don’t have the space to accommodate extra people.
Q: Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
A: Yes, please. We truly appreciate working with your clean hair.
